Jason Li is Associate Director of Design Integration, Simulation and Technology (DIST) and Principal of M Moser Associates’ global Generative AI Agency (GAIA). With over a decade at the firm, he works at the intersection of design, technology and human experience. Jason helped establish the global DIST group, advanced M Moser’s OpenBIM platform, and now leads the exploration and adoption of generative AI across design practice. An industry educator and the first WELL Accredited Professional in M Moser’s Southeast Asia offices, he champions responsible digital transformation that enhances creativity, streamlines workflows and keeps human insight at the heart of design.

Cheryline Chua is a Singapore-based lighting designer with over 18 years of experience in architectural lighting design, spanning hospitality, luxury residential and public spaces. Her portfolio includes projects for internationally recognised hotel brands such as Marriott and Hyatt. A Professional Member of the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD), Cheryline has been a Certified Lighting Designer (CLD) since 2020. She also lectures part-time at Temasek Polytechnic for the Specialist Diploma in Lighting Design, where she shares her experience and contributes to nurturing the next generation  of lighting design talent.

With over two decades of dedicated experience in the lighting industry, Andy Lim specialises in delivering intelligent lighting control systems and dynamic shading solutions across Southeast Asia. Since joining Lutron GL Ltd in 2009, he has played a key role in driving strategic growth and project execution across the luxury residential, premium commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Andy brings more than 20 years of hands-on expertise in lighting and controls, with a comprehensive background spanning architectural lighting controls, automated shading, and intelligent lighting control systems. He works closely with developers, architects, lighting designers, and hotel operators to develop tailored, high-performance lighting environments that respond to both functional and design requirements.
