This symposium explores the rapidly expanding toolkit—from real-time rendering engines to generative AI and cloud collaboration platforms—that is transforming design processes and client interactions. Industry experts will discuss the implications of adopting new technologies: from enhanced creativity and speed to ethical and operational considerations. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to stay relevant and agile in an age of constant digital evolution.

Ms. Shi Ruxin
Business Advisor

Ruxin began her journey training as an Electronics and Electrical Engineer in the Singapore Navy, where she obtained a Sponsorship to study in Ngee Ann Poly. While serving her bond, she went on to study ACCA on a part time basis and obtained the Professional Qualification within 2.5 years.

Armed with the Accountancy qualifications, Ruxin started her professional careers with MNCs like Western Digital and Fujitsu, where she learned the best practices in business operations and Enterprise grade Systems’ functionalities.

An unfortunate retrenchment during the Financial crisis did not break Ruxin, instead, it drove her to start her own business working with Business Owners of Companies of all sizes where she shared her experience and knowledge.

Ruxin’s strength is in identifying Business Processes and Gaps that can be automated and areas where systems can assist human. At the same time, Ruxin and her team also plug the gaps in back office support for especially growing Companies with Financial and Human Resource’s needs.

Mr. Teddy Zhuang Ziheng

Teddy began his journey training as a Fighter Pilot in the Singapore Air Force, where he learned the value of discipline and resilience. Although a medical issue meant he had to leave that path, it pushed him to explore new ways to grow and challenge himself.

Teddy went on to study Accounting and Finance at the National University of Singapore on a Scholarship, where he developed a strong interest in how businesses work and make decisions.

While studying, Teddy also worked as a Financial Services Consultant with AIA. It was a great opportunity to step out of his comfort zone, pick up new skills, and connect with people from all walks of life.

In early 2025, Teddy also began working alongside his Parents in their Family Business where they work with Business Owners to streamline and automate Business Processes as well as participate in the growth path of Companies at various stages.

Rajesh leads the territory and channel sales team for Adobe Creative and Document Cloud in Southeast Asia.

With over 20 years at Adobe, Rajesh is dedicated to empowering content creators and knowledge workers by enhancing productivity through mobility, increased and simplified collaboration, and AI-driven automation of routine tasks. His passion for digitizing document workflows and advocating for a “Less Paper Office” reflects his commitment to innovation and efficiency in the workplace.

Digital transformation Manager with a successful track record overseeing complex design and construction projects. Proficient in leading coordination meetings, specializing in architectural finishing for advanced medical facilities using BIM platforms. Skilled in diverse tender projects, strategic planning, and 4D simulation. Demonstrated expertise in integrating advanced project management platforms, including Power BI, for real-time monitoring of project KPIs. Proficient in Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks with a solid background in BIM coordination, project management, sustainable development, and energy ratings. Strong in strategy development, execution, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, conducted diverse AEC market research to identify business opportunities and partnerships.

Mr. Jake Tan
Director

Our Director, Jake, is a laminate industry veteran with 15 years of knowledge and experience in the field. Jake not only transformed Admira into a design-driven company but also expanded Admira’s overseas presence with distribution centers in Australia, Malaysia, and Thailand, which played a significant role in shaping Admira into the successful company it is today.

Furthermore, he holds the position of Vice President in the Singapore Furniture Industries Council (SFIC) where he has served actively for 13 years. Through his involvement at SFIC, Jake is also the Founding Chairman of the ASEAN Youth Furniture Exchange that promotes business cooperation between young furniture industry leaders in the ASEAN region.

During the doldrums of the Covid-19 pandemic, Jake used the time during lockdown isolation to take a step back and brainstorm new innovations and was able to develop and file a patent for Admira’s revolutionary new product, APOD.

An acronym for Artistic Panels On Demand, APOD allows designers to incorporate graphics and fine art into their interiors with Laminates. APOD is the most durable graphic printing method for interior surfaces available in the industry today. With no minimum quantity, APOD allows designers to express their creative and artistic freedom without being held back by large minimum quantity requirements.
