Sock Yee is an active figure in Singapore’s interior design and architectural sectors. Educated at the University of Tasmania, she has excelled as a registered architect since 2012 and an influential educator. Her directorship at VivATA Pte Ltd involved leading diverse projects, including the acclaimed design of three mosques, enhancing her engagement with various communities.
As the Course Chair for the Diploma in Interior Architecture & Design at Temasek Polytechnic, Sock Yee leads the direction and further develops the program. She initiated the Specialist Diploma in Interior Design Practice and the Diploma in Sustainable Built Environment, skillfully integrating design with business acumen and sustainability practices. Her roles in the Singapore Institute of Architects and the Society of Interior Designers Singapore further underscore her commitment to advancing design education and professional standards.
